We are located in downtown Ithaca, New York, within blocks of Cornell University and Ithaca College which makes us easily accessible to service the surrounding Finger Lakes Region of Upstate New York. Our long time appraiser staff holds years of experience in the local market ensuring complete knowledge of up to date sales and trends information.Our full time "in office" support staff provides instant phone and email communication ensuring the quickest response and status updates.
