David Long Appraisal Company is proud to be affiliated with the following organizations: DIANE STOOKS President/Owner Diane has been with David Long Appraisal since 1996 and recently acquired sole ownership of the company on December 1, 2021. She started her career as the company's office manager and continued to further her education and training to become a State Certified Residential Appraiser. In 2017, after several years managing the daily operations and working in the field as an appraiser, she became business partners with longtime colleague Gary Bucci. Diane continues to work full time completing residential appraisals for several types of clients including lending institutions, Attorneys, HUD/FHA and private individuals. She has extensive experience with all types of residential and small income properties. This includes single family, multi-family, attached housing, new construction, sustainable housing and vacant land. Diane services several areas in the Fingerlakes region including Tompkins, Chemung and Schuyler counties. She is a member of the Ithaca Board of Realtors, Elmira/Corning Board of Realtors and NYSAR. ANDREA WHITT Andrea joined the company in 2011 as Office Administrator after graduating from Onondaga Community College with a degree in Interior Design Technology. After completing the required course work, Andrea trained as a NYS Licensed Appraiser Assistant from 2017-2020 gaining experience in residential and small multi-family income properties. In 2020, she became a NYS Licensed Real Estate Appraiser and continues to service the Cortland and Tompkins County markets and is a member of the Cortland County and Ithaca Board of Realtors. Andrea is also the company's Office Manager and handles the day to day incoming/outgoing appraisal orders along with client relations and communications.
